I’m getting fourteen F35s and a refueler. They’re supposed to be passing right over me. I’ll be in the hills in my neighborhood at about 1,500-2,000 feet above the valley floor, and should be able to see them fly around the whole valley. I’ll be live streaming it with my STEM students.

I just ordered a camera to pick up at BB in an hour. There’s also a biplane flyover in two hours, so if the battery is sufficiently charged I may have pics of those too.

Biplanes will probably fly lower, but will definitely fly slower than the A-10s. I can’t wait to see the pics! Here’s my favorite personal pic for inspiration:
I found out later that the pilot is in his 80s and flies acrobatically regularly.
